Condensate Pots

Condensate pots are installed in biogas pipeline to collect and discharge water that is in the biogas. Revgreen Condensate Pots are made as per project requirements and specifications. Revgreen team can design the best based upon the biogas flow rate and the operating pressure.

These pots are manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel with an automatic water discharge system. Biogas is rich in water vapour in its raw state and a dryer biogas helps to improve efficiency of CHP system. Traditional methods used condensate traps and underground pipework and these are not very efficient as these cannot achieve low dew points. It is also common to use a cooling system for drying biogas to get low dew points.
