Membrane Biogas Holders

Production of biogas is a continuous process of anaerobic digestion and once the biogas is produced it needs to be captured and stored. Previously the gas was stored in following ways:

Concrete Fixed Domes for small scale domestic digesters and Floating Metal Gas Holders for large scale biogas plants. Both of these develop leakage problems with the passage of time. As new materials are developed these problems are solved.

Synthetic poly membrane gas holders are being utilized to store biogas for years now. Revgreen is one of the pioneers in Pakistan to use Geo-Synthetic Membrane gas holders for the storage of gas.

There are mainly two types of gas holders: single membrane and double membrane
