This plant was installed on a dairy farm located at Manga Mandi in 2010. The plant was designed on cow dung of 200 cows. The manure coming out of the bunkers was routed through the trenches to the waste collecting pit. The solid manure collected from the sheds was also dumped in the Waste Collecting Pit. This helped in concentration of solids in the feedstock slurry.

A 300 cubic meter digester was built in brick super was core of the plant and was fed on daily basis to get maximum yield from the plant. The raw gas was collected in floating drum fabricated out of G.I Steel sheet. The drum was coated with hot bitumen for rust proofing.

Once the waste is fermented the slurry coming out of the digesters was used as manure in the fields. This gave added benefit to the owners of the biogas plant.

Revgreen Pakistan operated this plant for 6 months and operated a 50 KVA generator for 3-5 hours daily, supplied gas for boiling of milk, cooking & hot water for washing.
